A SUPERSEDED MANUAL IS A FINDING
Work carried out perfectly against last year's revision is still work carried out against the wrong document. That is why the revision column is not decoration: an auditor will ask which revision was open on the bench, and the honest answer has to be findable afterwards rather than remembered.
