WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE NAMED AND THE MINE CREW ARE NOT
The mine's crew screen shows lamp numbers, because it is a public page and knowing which named person is underground right now is not the public's business. This is an internal system and the opposite rule applies: a work order has to be signed by a person, and an unsigned release is not a release. There is no "on break" state here because nothing in the system records one, and inventing it would put a number on the screen that no one could check.
