AN EXPIRED AUTHORISATION IS NOT PAPERWORK
An inspection authorisation that lapsed yesterday means the person who was going to sign off this morning's work cannot. The aircraft does not move, the customer is told, and none of that is visible from a personnel file. It is visible from this column, which is the only reason the column exists.
